Your mental habits (how you speak to yourself) shape how you feel and how you show up every day.

Your Saboteurs judge yourself, others and your circumstances, every day and undermine your wellbeing, your relationships and your performance.

In contrast your Sage is calm, grounded and wise. The more we can operate from Sage the more we access creativity, ease and flow.

PQ is Positive Intelligence. The PQ programme teaches you specific daily practices that reduce the impact of your Saboteurs and grows your Sage.

An 8-week programme including daily app usage and combined with group coaching elements. It’s a powerful combo. Katy’s clients report back an increase in workplace confidence, daily calmness, reduction in stress, daily sense of wellness and experiencing joy in life (even in very challenging circumstances).

Daily 10-minute practice on the PQ app, weekly 60-minute module on the PQ app, weekly 45 minute online live group coaching session with Katy and your ‘pod’ on Zoom.

Hi I’m Katy

I’m the host and convenor of Positive Intelligence group programme and I’m excited to welcome you!

I’m an author, coach, consultant, speaker and passionate believer that resourcing ourselves is *non negotiable* as we navigate these turbulent times.

I take an intersectional and anti-racist approach to my work and seek to convene radically inclusive spaces.

My approach combines embodied practices and spirituality, with intellectual rigor, warmth and humour, creating nourishing inclusive spaces for you to gain insights, evolve and grow.

I’ve been named one of the top 50 UK D+I leaders by Hive Learning and my work is featured in Grazia, the I Paper, Economist Impact, Psychologies Magazine, Metro, Thrive, Noon and BBC. My first book Change Makers a Woman’s Guide to Stepping Up without Burning Out at Work was published by Kogan Page in 2022 and shortlisted for a Business Book Award.
