Katy will support you to find your change-making contribution, whatever your start point.

Throughout this programme you’ll learn small habits, called Power Practices, that bring clarity, energy and focus, enabling you to centre your own joy and wellbeing and support your day-to-day change making.

I created Change Makers Mini Programme for unapologetically ambitious, compassionate, purpose driven women (pssst! that’s YOU!) to step up in your leadership without burning out.

Over this 4 week mini programme we’ll unpack and explore these themes together in a safe and brave space.

Here’s what’s included inside Change Makers:

4-session series of 60 minute workshops, taught by Katy, going deeper into the themes of Katy’s book Change Makers, a Woman’s Guide to Stepping Up without Burning Out at Work.

Session #2

Change Making Resilience

Cumulative exhaustion and burnout is real and yes women are shouldering a disproportionate burden post pandemic. How can we step up into our change making leadership, without burning out? This session will equip you to see the systemic factors at play, and how toxic productivity in a capitalist, patriarchal system is impacting you. We’ll explore what it means to centre your own wellbeing, create your own holistic Resilience Map and bring this awareness and focus into your day-to-day reality, so you can keep yourself sustainable. You’ll leave with tools to help you step up without burning out!

Kick off and Change Making Wisdom

In this session you’ll connect with your inner wisdom, your anger, your desire, and your full body yes. We’ll experiment with Power Practices that we can incorporate into our day-to-day which will bring focus, clarity, energy and help us make the progress we want to be making.  you’ll learn small habits, called Power Practices, that bring clarity, energy and focus, enabling you to centre your own joy and wellbeing and support your day to day leadership. Session #4

Change Making Eco-systems and Programme Close

Workplaces, and leadership, can be lonely places. We’re socialised as women to compete with one another and compare our lives and career progression to others. What would it mean if we were able to collaborate, cheerlead and show deep support for one another? This session explores how do we create our change making eco-system? How do we deal with comparison and competition, how do we build connection, collaboration and sisterhood in our workplaces. You’ll leave feeling inspired to model a different way!

Session #3

Change Making Barrier-Busting

We’re all part of workplace systems and structures. We each hold varying power and privilege in these systems. In this session we’ll explore how we can navigate our workplace systems, barriers and bias so that we can thrive, and support others to thrive. Is it possible to be part of shifting and changing workplace systems? You’ll leave with an audit tool for your workplace, and insights into how you can navigate the barriers and bias you experience. You’ll feel inspired and activated to use your privilege and your voice to break bias in your day-to-day interactions and in your organisational system.

Dates: November 2022 - join the wait list now.

Timings: 4 xs consecutive Monday evenings for 60 mins on Zoom, 19.00-20.00 UK time

Attendance: All the sessions are taught live with Katy and will be recorded. If you can’t make a live session, you can access all the learning in your own time.
