👆🏼What’s progressing? How are you progressing towards your goals (track all the small things)

💛What qualities and characteristics were present last month and you want to celebrate? How can you bring more of that quality into your next month?

💛How's your energy battery during this month, what patterns do you notice?

💛How will you listen to your body more this new month?
