Thank you so much – it’s been so helpful for me, and really fun too. I’ve hugely enjoyed my coaching sessions with Katy, as well as finding them hugely helpful for transforming how I work. It’s felt like a real privilege to have someone focus on my development with skill, empathy and humour, and I’ve found Katy’s advice incredibly useful in not only managing my work, but hopefully growing and developing my team too.

Katy is a passionate, empathic and inspiring person who I hold in high regards.
I sought Katy’s coaching to develop as a person, a woman, a leader.
My sessions with Katy are utterly rewarding and based on complete trust. She challenges me to explore and release areas of my inner wisdom I’ve earlier been hesitant and shy to access.
Katy coaches me with sensitivity, wisdom and a wonderful sense of humour. She has empowered me with tools to continue to build my self esteem and develop my leadership skills.
With the support of Katy I now am playing bigger in all aspects of my life.

I was signed up to do the confidence cocktail course alongside a group of others but due to personal circumstances found myself coming back to the materials once the course had finished. At the time I felt I’d missed out, having not been part of the live chats and momentum of doing the course with others, but my coaching sessions with Katy counteracted those feelings of missing out.

In each of our 3 coaching sessions Katy managed to quickly get to the heart of the main challenges and areas of growth for me. She listened well, asked incisive questions about my own personal experiences (relating to the course materials) and helped with some practical suggestions for embedding that wisdom into my daily routine.

I would have considered myself to be relatively self-aware before this course, but the materials and Katy’s coaching challenged repetitive ways of thinking and behaviours that I hadn’t realised had been undermining my peace of mind, my effectiveness and my confidence. I’m now much more able to recognise the voice of my inner critic and the course materials are something I know I will re-visit again and again in the future.

Since coaching with Katy I’ve become much more intentional, assured and confident.
I’ve received positive feedback from colleagues and board regarding my interactions with them. Katy’s coaching is not just about techniques but more foundational issues, which supports longer term, deeper transformation.
I have felt heard, understood and validated.

Katy’s coaching has helped me take on bigger opportunities, staying curious about others and protecting work life balance. I’m a better team leader to my team, setting higher expectations of collaboration, being a change catalyst, and taking initiative to problem solve.
The coaching relationship is a special one. I can share my deepest fear or failure with Katy without judgement.
I would absolutely recommend Katy. She’s there to help you put a plan together to acheive the tangible goals we’ve set.

My sessions with Katy have been nothing short of a revelation. I am unpacking how much of myself I bring to the job in terms of thoughts, feelings, prejudices, and how they affect my responses to the job and my colleagues.
Katy has this amazing ability to make me think about myself in ways I havn’t before. She never gives answers but pushes back at you until you find the answer in yourself. It is a massively empowering experience.
The issue of gender is extremely important to me - how women behave, how we are seen, the challenges we face - Katy gets this and she helps me navigate through the system.
I absolutely recommend Katy to anyone who wants to grow in their job and push their career forward.
Not only is she amazing at what she does, she is a great person, funny, wise, insightful, intelligent and extremely switched on. I see my time with her as career therapy. For the first time I believe that I am good at my job and that I can achieve whatever I want to.
